I needed some accessories for my computer and I found an advertisement for the website www.hq-patronen.de of the company "HQ Patronen GmbH" in Germany, where I needed them to be shipped.Product and delivery was okay, but there was a problem with my Online Banking that I did not note and the payment was unfortunately late.
When reinders came, I showed them a copy of my bank stement providing a proof of payment but they did not respond to my e-mail. They simply forwarded the case to an expensive lawyer without any customer assistance and helpt about the banking error. Later it turned out that the online banking system was compromised and therefore it was in fact a technical error leading to late payment, on the side of the bank, leading to late payment, but it was not my own fault. The cusomter "service" of HQ Patronen did not want to listen to my explanation but got very rude nearly right away and started sending me annoying and harrasing little mails.
Very nasty guys. I cannot recommend to have anything to do with these guys as they're definitel difficult to talk to and nearly psychopathic in the treatment of their customers. What's the point of all this harrassment?
Never happened to me in the UK, is this the German way of customer service many peple have warned me about?Really a shocking experience, to say the least.
